| My DVI connection shit the bed, VGA works but looks like shit. Is it my Vid card or is it the monitor? The whole comp seems very slow now, internet and everything. Anybody got any ideas, I know this 7 year old shit needs to hit the can. |

First off it could just be your cable. Do you have another DVI cable to try?
If you do and its still the same. Do you have access to another monitor w/dvi connection.
For the VGA problem try different resolutions. See if its clearer.
Last, that is old. Time to slowly start gathering parts. Good COD4 playing system $350-$500. Intel or AMD.

| Gran nailed it Ripper, try the cable first...if you're used to DVI, the VGA is gonna look shittier no matter what you do, but finding the best resolution will help. |
